How do I determine the correct size for Meermin shoes?
Our shoes are primarily listed in UK sizing. We recommend consulting our detailed size guide on each product page, which includes foot length measurements and last comparisons, to ensure the best fit.
What is the typical break-in period for your Goodyear Welted shoes?
Due to the high-quality, thick vegetable-tanned leathers and cork filling we use, our shoes typically require 5 to 10 wears to fully conform to the shape of your feet.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via express courier from our warehouses in Spain or the United States.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, original condition and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Can Meermin shoes be resoled?
Absolutely. All our footwear is constructed using the Goodyear Welt or Norwegian Welt method, allowing them to be resoled multiple times by a skilled cobbler, significantly extending their lifespan.
What does 'Made-to-Order' (MTO) mean?
MTO items are exclusive styles produced only after a group funding goal is met or upon specific request. These items typically have a lead time of 8-10 weeks and are non-refundable.
