At Meermin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original condition within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, ensuring the shoe box is protected by an outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
